FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
1) What do I place in the little box out beside the name of the programs in the program list?
Each program will give you a referral url. Within each referral url, will be your ID for the program. Take just the ID from the referral url, and type it into the box beside the program.
2) I placed my ID's for the programs in the box's but the next day I logged in and the box's were empty. What happened?
You did not save the ID's you entered. Each time you enter an ID, be sure to scroll down the program list page and click 'UPDATE' to save/lock in your ID's.
3) What is the point of placing my referral ID's in the box's?
Members that you sponsor to Marketing Pond will click the program links to join. If you have entered your ID's for the programs, they will be clicking on your referral program websites. This means more referrals for you within each program you have entered ID's.
4) Do I place a url in the program box's?
No. You only place the ID given to you for that program.
5) I entered an incorrect ID, what do I do?
Delete the incorrect ID from the box. Enter the correct ID and be sure and scroll down to click 'UPDATE' to lock in the ID.
6) How are those I sponsor able to click my program links when I have only entered ID's?
The software is programmed by the Marketing Pond admin for each referral url. The ID of the urls is left out of the programming. When you place the ID for a program in the box, the url automatically picks up your ID and places it into the correct location within the url.

2) I placed my ID's for the programs in the box's but the next day I logged in and the box's were empty. What happened?
You did not save the ID's you entered. Each time you enter an ID, be sure to scroll down the program list page and click 'UPDATE' to save/lock in your ID's.
